    To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Dizzy Up The Girl we’re heading out on a special tour this Fall. We’re going to play the album front to back, as well as other favorites from our catalog. Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 13 at 10am local time. Members of Inner Machine, the official Goo Goo Dolls fan club, will get access to a special pre-sale beginning Tuesday, April 10th at 10am local venue time until Thursday, April 12th at 10pm local time.     We are also excited to announce special VIP offerings for these shows. VIP packages include meet & greets with John and Robby, a backstage tour, the guitar that John has just played on stage, a personalized limited edition Dizzy Up The Girl plaque, signed handwritten "Iris" lyrics, priority entry, commemorative VIP laminate and much more. What a stressful 24 hours! I was so worried that I hadn't got my code, but I received an email with the code about a half an hour before the pre-sale started so that was a huge relief, but then I started having problems once I was on Ticketmaster. I think it is really unfortunate that the prices are not given up front because I had to waste valuable time looking up the prices so that I could figure out what kind of ticket I could afford. By the time I was able to figure that out so many tickets are already sold :( But I did get tickets, and for that I'm SO very thankful. I managed row F. Sorry to everyone who didn't get their codes, I know how that feels. Thank you to the powers that be who got me my code in time, whoever you are!!

I'd like someone to contact me regarding this mess. your presale option for being a member was not working and when I could see, there were no seats available. not good.

Got tickets but very stressful...ticketmaster automatically refreshed at 10:00 Am and said presale was now 4/11/18...Really sad for us Diehard Fans and the prices of the packageS not being availabe ahead of time is riDiculous!

My first TIME getting presale tickets and what a mess it was! I was FINALLY able to purchase via LIVENATION.Com because ticketmaster was a joke! Also the VIP Packages are insanely expensive!! At least I'm able to attend the show. DISAPPOINTED in not being able to get vip but I'm not made of money. Lol! Good LUCK to everyone getting tickets! ❤

I never got my code either :( I am so sad! I guess I will just buy general admission... I never got an email with a code. I wonder if they only gave out a code to so many MEMBERS?

For anyone looking for their coDe, it came in an email titled “goo goo dolls ‘diZzy up thr girl’ tour pre-sales.”

The code was way down after all the vip stuff.

And if you clIck on the menu button at the top of the screen and go to “updates” and click on the dizzy up the girl link, it shows additional information and different comments. The admin is pm’ing codes to people posting that they didnt get One.

No idea why there are two posts about the same Tour.

    Such BS! I was on line the second they went up and it said I couldn't get tixs. all these errors came up and now all the seats are seemingly gone. WTF is happening?? It was over before it started. anyone else having issues?? can't believe this. to everyone, i did receive an email and just before the section of dates and locations was the code

    Same happened to me. I had to restart my computer and was finally able to get tix an hour later. It kept saying don’t Refresh page or you’ll lose your tix. Ugh!

    I know things could be totally different with this tour - but last year prices were:

    Ultimate - $3000 (guitar)
    Gold - $500
    Silver - $300
    Bronze - $200

    $300 plus all the fees for a lyrics sheet is a bit much. That means $500 for a pic. For $300 i played fOosball with DisturBed And paPa roach sPent 30 minutes with us, showed us a movie, and took pics fOr $299. Neither require fan clubs. I've done "M&G" twice with GGD and this is way too much money for 1 minute and a pic.

    Gahhh. I have no idea how to navigate the INNERMachine anymore. When I click the link to buy tickets ( I realize they're not for sale yet, I just wanted to see if it gave any information as to what the options and prices were going to be), but it keeps trying to make me log into something through Facebook and my Facebook has nothing to do with anything, why do I have to use a Facebook app? And surely there's some sort of a code or something that we need to get them? Can someone please help me figure out how this works now?

    *edited to add that I see someone said emails went out today with the codes but what about those of us who didn't sign up until today? I don't have an email with a code
