How was your hump day??? (aka wednesday)

lol. I thought I was going to be late, I couldn't find the damn power cord and my sister is play care bears on the other computer. I bet BlueDust is on her way back from the gym, and I hope gooangela can make it tonight. So how are you?

I just finished working out so I got an adrenaline rush goin'.

Well today hasn't been so bad, I've got the house to myself except for my sis. But I think I passed my math retake test. Nothin big here cept while making dinner I almost burned out my eye with popping hot oil. that wasn't fun.

Didn't you mention an almost similar accident but with a tortilla??? If that's the case you may want to do take out:0

lol. Yeah I don't think food likes me all that much, but I'm not doing sports anymore so take out's not good. Though I did attempt to work out, I did some situps on that ab lounge thing that up until now has made a makeshift hammock for the family. That was my achievemnent for today. So what's the weather like in Chicago? Is it cold yet?

bbbrrrr...yes, cold! YUK! I think I once had one of those ab loungers... I probably still do...somewhere...I always used to watch those infomercials with all the exercise equipment, and was always tempted to buy every single one, but then I would come to my senses and take a nap! Oh and by the way I'm happy the math retest went well!!

I'm soooooo envious! I LOVE the cold more than anyone probably should. I make it a point to keep my room at about 50 degrees during the winter. I think it's because I have a blanket fettish. It was a little chilly here today, i got to wear my jean jacket but that's about it. Yeah I almost caam to my senses today and almost ate a cup cake instead of goin on the ab lounge, but I was in a random mood. Hmmm... cup cakes sound good about now (eyeing the cabinet with the cupcakes) (: Hey jmt928 have you been to a GGD concert before?

I hate the cold winters, but I truly love this city! It's beautiful, fun, exciting, busy,.. it's my kind of town!
I've been to one actual concert and a promo event back in April here in Chicago to promote Let Love IN. That's the day it all began....

I love cities too, I live in a small toen, but I was born in San Jose and my dad still lives there so I get to visit. I'm living in a city as soon as I get out of high school. That's pretty awesome did they play a whole set, what's different about promo concerts? And I'm a bit slow but what all began, the tour?

Yup! I met those beautiful men, June 27. I won the M&G and was 3 feet from John the ENTIRE concert! I got AWESOME pics. But 2394 is the luckiest out of us all, she's actually had conversations with a couple of them on multiple situations.

The promo thingy was held in a smaller venue and they only sang the songs from Let Love In. I won the tickets off a radio station and my friend won two more. The four of us went (it was a Tuesday, April 18th, I think). The GGD's had done some other stuff earlier in the day, so they were running late for this place. We had to wait outside in line in the cold for 2+ hours! At that time I only knew their more popular songs (ya know Iris, Slide, Here is Gone, etc.)and I was familiar with some of the songs from the CD (LLI)cuz the radio station was playin em all the time. But back then I didn't know their names, what they looked like, how long they've been around,etc. Actually I was started to get pissed that I was waiting outside, freezing, for some group I didn't even follow. (But the other people waiting in line were awesome, true Goo's, and they filled me in on a lot!) When I say that's where it all began, I mean after that night, after that performance, after hearing the music, (ok and yeah, seeing John!) I was ... what is a good word...mmmm transformed?? From that point on I bought CD's, downloaded videos, googled like crazy, joined the IM,etc. Sounds crazy, huh? I've NEVER been this into a band before, EVER! They are like the piped Piper(sp?)

Oh and dumbass as i was, I was near the damn front of the stage, probably the closest I'll ever get to these guys and I didn't even know which guy was Mike! And Robby scared me, a little. I think it was the hair. BUT NOW DUDE IS HOT! LOVE THE HAIR! These guys even walked past my two friends near the ladies room and exchanged a few words and they weere like "oh, we past these guys in the hall!" All I could say was "oh, that's nice" DUH! Kick myself... Wish they passed me in the hall NOW!

Yeah I think that they are like the Piped Pipers, it's goofever i tell you and it's contagious. Your story sounds like gooangela's she saw the Better Days video and she was hooked, she went and googled them too. For me it was Sympathy that made me go out and buy Gutterflower. After that I had totally gone Goo. (: And seeing Johnny didn't hurt either. God that man is so hot!

I have no idea how to post them on the forum but a few of them are in the Absolute Goo gallery. I actually won pic of the week for one of them. Haha, I guess I could see how Robby might scare you at first, that boy is never still! I swear I tried to take so many pics of him but he was always jumping! I have this awesome close up on his face but his hair is everywhere, you can't see any of his face. Was he barefoot when you saw them?

They're all hot, really, but yeah, john's got the sexy card goin' for him. Never really liked tattoos, until I saw his! I wonder if John and Robby ever worry about losing their hair?

I was laughing so hard I too almost peeed my pants. It was to funny cuz he is an annoying lazy guy. Thats made my day he had to go home and change.

jmt928, this is long, are you ready? April was my first Goo concert in Toronto, we went early and I walked around the corner and saw their bus. The door was open, so I yelled I want to see John! He came off the bus in a matter of seconds with Mike. John went to all the other girls first then came to me. I almost died when I saw him. He signed my Live in Buffalo insert and talked to me for a few minutes. Then I went to Mike, he also signed and we talked for close to 10 minutes then they had to go in for sound check. I was right up front for the concert. John reached down and grabbed my hand, again I almost died! In July, after they performed we left and went to the where the bus was. I saw Mike and yelled to him that he was the best drummer in the world! He came right out of the gate, I stood right beside him, he signed my ticket and the sign I made and we shook hands and took a picture with me. John came but he hung over a railing,(not enough security) and he signed my ticket and my sign. I asked him if he wanted it, he said yes but Mike had signed it for me. BeutifulSin, has a picture of him taking my sign and looking right at me! It is in the forum and she sent her pics to me so I have a copy. That is my Goo story so far. I see them again in November!

    Missy, no I have not seen a live moose. I am in the city and it is very big with a lot of buildings and concrete. I do live in a small Town and it is close to being in the country, but I am also close to a city that is very large. The most likely chance of seeing a moose is in Northern Ontario which is really far away. I am about an hour from Buffalo, NY. Not kidding!!

    Missy you're so funny! My Monday just turned into hell, literally. Surprisingly it's nothing with my mom, but ugh, why does this shit always happen to me? I'm not referring to the situation as "shit", but that seems like the easiest way to phrase it. Anyway, I know you ladies have no idea what I'm talking about so I'll just shutup about that, but that's so hard to do! I'm all of the sudden so scattered and pissed off. I HATE THIS!     HI LADIES! I had an annoying Monday, it wasn't bad but frustrating. Well until now that is, the house is quiet and I have some computer time before HW.     O my Flippin Gosh! I have been sick for the last 3 days and I can not believe we are at 371. I was too sick to get on the computer. You guys are the best I love you guys this is way to awesome!
