But then do we need to login into artist arena again after clicking on the link? I want to make sure my account is set up but not sure where the link is to create account just in case...

Hi - I contacted the Goo Goo Dolls support team and they said there is nothing they can do because our membership does not guarantee a ticket. Well I joined last night and had trouble with purchasing it so they fixed it for me and I was thankful for that. Now today I logged on exactly at noon for the Niagara Falls, NY show and they said there were not 2 seats together. Then I clicked it again and it was sold out. This was all done in under 10 seconds! I know the venue is small - only about 400 ppl - but I thought they only have a limited amt of tix available for a presale and then the remainder go to a public sale! I am still awaiting a reply from the support team as to whether or not they are all gone or if there will be a public sale for the remainder. If not, this is BS to get us to pay extra for the fan club just to get tix! BS!

Will there be public sales? The presales for the Niagara Falls, NY show were gone as soon as I logged on at noon! So much for me paying the $54 last night to join the fan club to get the presales!!!!!!!

I want to buy presale tickets for April 27...why can't i? They go on sale to the public tomorrow. I am a fan club member. Please advise

    I know! See my comments above and I will let you all know if there are going to be public sales or not once I hear back. I am thinking not which is a ploy to get us to pay more money for the tix!
