Hi, when i click on tickets it says page will open in another page i say ok and noth happens. Will it be different tomorrow? I joined fantrack and i have my code so just checking about where to access tickets tomorrow morning.
Thanks i feel like this is a real show. It kinda is!

If you go to merch store there are 6 items one is vip meet and greet, one is ultimate meet and greet and just other stuff. You do not need to use your code. I emailed fan tracks and they told me just buy the 2.99 and then buy meet and greet. they said just purchase in shop to the right of page.

Click on the link in the original email announcing show and at the bottom it has a support email. They literally kept going back and forth within seconds with me. One problem was my browser not working. So I used my phone

Be sure you purchased fan track memBership. Then you should receive email confIrming your membership. GO to goo site click on news. Click on link at bottom of announcemenT. It is not highl. The page you get should have merch on the right in a panel. Bundles including meet and greet are there. No need to use code for me. Then do buy now instead of add to cart. I relo and ut finally took my info but that time i didnt put in shipping info and all i saw was cont info. Then you click on shpping and payment. Hope this hels. I had to use my phone.

Me too! I had purchased throgh alink from tge emaIl to fantracks but i have a blank page and blanK profile . I want to cancel my subscription . Thats the only way to see the show and now i have no Options to cancel. No optind for metch or meet and greet and no profile THis is a mess .

Did you go to the link from annies page ? It takes right to page of 6 choices, one a meet and greet. Did you email fan track support? They were very helpful. Their email is at bottom of goo email you first got

    Does anyone know how the meet and greet works? I read zoom, but how are we doing a photo? Must be some tech wizardry i dont know. And what platform are they using to watch concert?
